We currently employ the services of TNT and TOLL to delivery your orders.
Both courier companies deliver throughout Australia utilising their logistical network.
Please note - if you are in a regional area, we recommend you let us know during the checkout process, using the 'additional comments' box. Typically it can take up to 4-5 days for TNT to deliver to regional areas.
Upon booking of the goods for delivery you will be emailed a tracking consignment number from Red Baron Pool Supplies.
You can contact the freight company direct to discuss delivery times. It is your responsibility to be at home when the goods are delivered. TNT will not leave a delivery if it has not been signed for, unless you have given permission for it to be left unattended.
If you are not home when a delivery is made it is your responsibility to contact the freight company directly to organise pick up from the depot or re-delivery at your own expense.
For items large in size you may need to help the driver lift it from the truck.
Shipping fees charged covers one time delivery from Red Baron Pool Supplies to your door.
It is the customers responsibility to check goods on arrival for both any damage caused via delivery and complete fulfilment of order.
Damaged or incomplete orders should not be signed for. Signing for goods acknowledges receipt of goods in good condition. Any incomplete contents should be reported to Red Baron Pool Supplies within 24 hours via email or phone.
For certain very small items you can request to ship by Australia Post instead of our courier. Red Baron Pool Supplies accepts no responsibility for loss or damage of items sent by Australia Post

Q: When will my order be shipped?
A: All orders in stock will be shipped out the next business day.
Q: How long will it be before I recieve my order?
A: For standard shipping, we will ship your order as quickly as possible. Products in stock will generally take 5-7 working days to receive goods. Chemicals will normally be 3 to 4 days and goods out of stock could take between 7 and 10 business working days.
